Patricia Moghames is a licensed dietitian and a member of the Lebanese Dietetic Association. She has worked in community nutrition on projects to alleviate food insecurity among the Lebanese community, especially the elderly.
She has also worked as a clinical dietitian with children with asthma and their families in the Children Protection Center in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Affairs.
In 2010, she launched her own blog, believing that health and nutrition information should be free for all. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Human Nutrition at the American University of Beirut as well as being a monthly contributor to Fitness newsletter and Moms and to Be Magazine.
