Although she seldom blogs about recipes, she do writes and constantly tweets about food as a science, food's latest trends, food as a marketing endeavor and the politics in food industries. Her passion about food is explained by the fact that she holds her Bsc. in Food Science & Management at the American University of Beirut (A.U.B) and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Food Technology at A.U.B.
She worked for the last 3 years as a researcher in various fields related to health & population, food development and sensory sciences. She likes to try to combine her food science knowledge with her cooking skills, or as it is generally known by some chefs as “Molecular Gastronomy”.
